Osbourn Refrigeration Work on this site has been extensive over a twelve year period and is the result of a close partnership between Miles Contractors and Mr Osbourn. We built a new car park at the rear for the work force which involved extensive tree removal work before placing hardstanding concrete areas around the entire factory area. A front executive car park was also built, with inset marker stones. Because of the high water table in the area we also had to construct a 200,000 gallon storm water reservoir to allow controlled movement into main drainage. The overall factory size is 19000 square metres, the office area is 700 square metres, the car parking has 200 spaces and the lorry parking has 20 spaces.
