SCA Packaging - Thatcham Miles Contractors are currently working on a major refurbishment program for SCA Packaging and have been for the past year. We started with a new toilet block and a mezzanine floor, then moved onto an ink kitchen including a washdown facility. The main part of the project so far has been to provide reinforced concrete ducting for cardboard waste from the cardboard box manufacturing machines and these had to be made to very fine tolerances to fit the machinery. Currently we are hoping to take on the next project which is fit a large water tank and diesel driven water tank system to drive a sprinkler system.
